How do I customize my default emails (confirmation, reminder, ...)

In this article:

  • Modify the most used emails
  • Change the subject of the mail
  • Restore the default version of the message

Edit the most used emails

Tables Agenda

The texts of your most used emails to customers (such as a confirmation email) you can check and adjust via the menu item Icon > Company  > Messages.

There you search by name or number of the message you want to adjust and click on it Icon pencil to touch it up.

  • Confirmation email= Default calendar reservation confirmation (AID:1) (147)
  • Reminder Email= Default calendar reservation reminder (211)
  • Cancellation mail= Default calendar reservation cancellation (148)
  • Feedbackmail= Feedback request email message (411)
  • Mail after no-show= No-Show (746)

When you work with reaffirming your reservations or with advances, the following emails are sent:

  • Reconfirmation= 519,490,491 and 683
  • Confirmation email of receipt of advance= 513

The texts of your most used emails to customers (such as a confirmation email) you can check and adjust via the menu item Icon > Company > Messages.

There you search by name or number of the message you want to adjust and click on it Icon pencil to touch it up.

  • Confirmation email= Email body reservation append (87)
  • Reminder mail= Email body reservation reminder (84)
  • Cancellation mail = Email body reservation delete (104)
  • Feedbackmail = Feedback request email message (411)
  • Mail after no-show = email body no show (472)

You can also add the comments from to and by your customers put in your emails. You do this in the mail Note: #9# to put. In the place of the #9# will then automatically come with the comment.

It is best not to change parameters and links in the above emails without the necessary knowledge about this. If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to Contact us via the Helpdesk.

Change the subject of the mail

If you want to change the subjects of the standard emails, go to:

  • Go to Icon > Company > System texts.
  • Change the dropdown fields to Messages.
  • Search for the numbers below for the different topics of the different emails.
Mail System text
Confirmation email 2014
Reminder email 2039
Cancel mail 10207
No-Show 2116

 

Tip

In Resengo Tables, you can also adjust your default messages when you manually enter a want to send a new confirmation or reminder email to a reservation. Click there on the Icon pencil to update this message

Restore the default version of the message

If you have a message below Icon > Company > Messages have ever changed, then don't make use more of the default message and a Icon trash can icon next to that message. If you click on the trash can, your custom message will be removed and the default will become available again.
