1. Go to  Marketing > Promotions.
2. click on the plus top right.
3. Enter the details of your promotion.

Below is a list of the various parameters to be set.

Basic tab

• Index= The order of promotions in the Resengo widget. Promotions with the lowest value as index will be shown at the top.
• Code= This is the code you can use to place the link at the back (see above). It cannot exceed 20 characters and no punctuations.
• Description= This is the description of the promo that your customers will see
• Conditions= Give some extra explanation about your promotion that the customer will see below the description to get.
• Price Calculation Type= Here you choose how you want to give the discount/promo. Via a % discount, value discount or any other total value.
• Value= There you give the discount or additional cost in. If you would like to grant a discount, please enter here -5 for example.
• Show promotion in widget= Check this if you would like the promotion in the reservation module is displayed. Check this off if you only want via a link work for example

Limits tab

• Maximum number= How many people can these book promotion. You can set this per time slot or for the entire period of the promotion via the tick The maximum number applies per time slot
• Minimum & maximum number of people= This is the minimum and maximum size of group that may book for this promotion. Leave this blank if you just want the existing limits for this.
• Bookable from= From when the promo is bookable for the customers
• Book until= Until when the promo is bookable for the customers
• Valid for reservations from= From when can this promo be booked.ex: if you book here 01/08/2020 sets, means the promo is valid for bookings from 01/08/2020)
• Valid for reservations until= Until when can this promo be booked eg: if we continue on previous example and we fill in here 01/09/2020, can this one promo can be booked for dates in August)
• Type Timeslot= For which timeslots is allowed to be reserved
• Days= On which days does this promotion apply.

Making a promo code valid for certain arrival times

1. a series of services where you want the code to apply
2. Click Hours & spread
3. You can select a promotional code per arrival time 

The promo code is automatically filled in when ordering online and manually make a reservation and you will see the arrival time in orange in your Table Plan see standing.

• Valid until= Until when the promo is bookable is for the customers.
• Valid for reservations from= From when can this promo be booked. (e.g.: If you click here 01/08/2020 sets, means the promo is valid for bookings from 01/08/2020)
• Valid for reservations until= Until when can this promo be booked (e.g.: if we continue on previous example and we fill in 01/09/2020 here, can this one promo can be booked for dates in August)
• Type= select which reservation types bookings can be made with this promotion.
• SelectSL= Here you determine who can/can book this promo. Here you should fill in ,0,1,5,10,200, if you want everyone it can see. If you only want to book this yourself you there ,1,5,10,
