After a guest comments on a reservation it is important that it is treated as soon as possible. Increased with such good service you your chance to welcome the guest in your business soon! All these communication can be found centrally in your Resengo.

Handling comments from your guests
All your incoming messages are bundled in your Inbox. You can also reply to or archive these comments there if there is no answer is needed.
When you in your Inbox sees a number next to Questions for Reservations indicates indicates that a customer has commented when creating his/her reservation. You can easily view and answer this now:
- Go to your
Inbox.
- Click Inbox or ask at reservations.
- Click on the comments you would like to reply to or archive it by right clicking on the check mark.
- Write down your answer and click send.
- The customer will now receive an email with your answer.
Try the Always keep inbox page empty. You do this by archiving questions and notifications that you have processed or by answering questions immediately. This way you know exactly what you have to do.
How do I add comments to a reservation?
It is possible to add different types of comments to a reservation:

Your customers can leave a comment when booking online add, but you can also do that yourself when you make a reservation creates. This one comment will then be sent to customer if an email address is linked. You can also add a comment that is only visible to yourself. You do this under Internal comment. |
You can do an internal add comment that is always visible when a particular customer makes a reservation. You do this by clicking on the speech bubble next to the name of the customer.

Add default answers for frequent questions
You can add ready-made standard messages in your Resengo environment so that you can give a comment or answer to your guests very quickly.
- Go to your
Inbox.
- Open a question from your guest by clicking on it.
- Click the plus sign.
- click on
Add record and add your default message.
- Description: The description will be displayed in the overview of all standard messages.
- Shortcut: this shortcut is shown below the comment field. When you click on it, the message will be displayed
- Message: Enter the standard message here. It will then be filled in automatically after clicking the shortcut.
- Click save.
- Now if you refresh the page and click on the customer's question again, you will now see the shortcut below the answer field.
