It is important to be available to your customers. You can therefore activate a contact form through your Resengo Widget. Through this Ask a Question button on your widget, your customers can contact you easily, and are at all times only one click away from personal contact with your business.
Your guests can ask a question via your Resengo Widget or through your Resengo Page. This question then comes directly in your Inbox. You can find those questions under the Messages tab. by on clicking the question you can then answer it.
Here you can also directly add a reservation for your guest or use the magnifying glass to find a reservation.
You can (de)activate the Ask a question button in the Resengo Widget through > Widget > Settings. There you can also activate several other action buttons. See here which ones!
