1. Go to your  Reservation list.
2. Click on show filter.
3. Click on clear filter.
4. Enter the number 97 in the St column.
5. Click on search.
6. You will now see a list of all No-Shows.
7. You can now export this to Excel using the  three dots at the top right and then  Export subscription list to Excel.

Through  Analyse you can also make tables to analyse all your no-shows.

1. Go to your Reservation list.
2. Add via the  field selector at the top of your reservation list the field Show/no-show.
3. Filter this field with the following values:
   • S: Show
   • NS: No show
   • LC: Late cancellation
4. You can now export this to Excel using the  three dots at the top right and then  Export subscription list to Excel.

You can analyze your no-shows even further via  Analyse.

Here you can, for example, get an overview per month of the number of request shows or no-shows. To do this, select as row Month, as column Show/No-Show, as value ID and as function Number and click Search.
