How do reviews work in Resengo?

Through your Resengo you can collect reviews from all your visitors. Management and easily answer these reviews via your Resengo. A review is very valuable to get. You can draw conclusions and learn from review, so it is very important that you consult these comments from your guests. Learn how to view and respond to guest review on this page.

After every reservation, an email is automatically sent to the customer with asked what they thought of the visit. They have the option to score on 5 to give on  3 criteria

You get  a score out of 10 based on the average score of your reviews. This score will then be visible on your company page at www.resengo.com. This score is calculated based on the reviews of the last 6 months. You must have collected at least 10 reviews for the score is calculated and the feedbacks are published. you can a find an overview of all reviews via the Icon Inbox or via Icon > Communication > Feedback.

Tip

Through Icon > Communication > Feedback can You can also export or print your reviews to an excel list. click on the print icon or the Icon Excel icon.

Deactivate or activate your review email

The automatic review email is activated by default for all our customers. You can also disable this if you don't want to send it:

Tables Agenda
If you want to turn this off, go to Icon > Restaurant > Restaurants. The settings for the You update the desired restaurant by clicking on the pencil icon. There you choose the settings tab and tick Send an email the day after the appointment to request feedback out If you want to turn this off, go to Icon > i-Agenda > Profile. Adjust the setting Send an email the day after the appointment to request feedback at.

Publish your reviews

A review with the maximum score (10) and where the customer effectively uses the review entered, will be automatically published on You have linked Resengo to your Facebook page. You must have a total of 10 or more reviews before this be displayed on your Resengo page.

You can also manually publish or depublish a review. Go to Icon > Communication > Feedback en click on the ID of the review. Check there whether you want to publish it or not. You can also post it directly to your Facebook page if you Connected Resengo to your Facebook page. 

To maintain objectivity, it is not possible to remove reviews.
