How do I search for a reservation in my Resengo Tables?

You can look up a reservation in the following three ways:

Inbox Table Plan Reservation List
  1. Go to your Icon Inbox.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass top right.
  3. Enter the last name and/or first name of the reservation you are looking for.
  4. Click on the magnifying glass or enter.

You will now see all reservations with this last name. You can now edit this via the pencil.

Tip

You can search here for future reservations, past reservations or just all reservations by the check marks under the name.
  1. Go to your Icon> Table plan
  2. Click on the Icon three dots . at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Quick Search (S).
    Tip

    You can also open the quick finder by pressing the shortcut S to use when you are in i-Tafel.

  4. In the search field Name or N° you enter:
    • (part of) the customer's name in.
    • enter the reservation number.
    • the phone number (numbers on written together and starting with 0) in.
  5. click on enter.
  1. Go to your Icon > Reservation list.
  2. Choose Icon Filters
  3. In the empty fields above the columns you can filter on these parameters.
  4. Click on search to show the results, click on it Icon pencil for a change reservation. 

 

You can also do very specific searches in your Resengo such as searching for cancelled reservations, reservations between a certain time period, and so on. See how to do this in this article.
