How to edit a reservation in my Resengo Tables?

You can adjust reservations in your Resengo yourself. Quickly change the number people, arrival time or something else. Wherever you consult this reservation, you will always have the option to change it via the Icon pencil icon.

As soon as you change a reservation, you have the option to send an email to your guest where the changes will be communicated again. for this email Please tick send confirmation email at the bottom. 

Below are the easiest ways to quickly change a reservation:

Search via Inbox or Reservation List Via your Table Plan
You can a search filter in your Icon > Reservation list. You can go there via Icon change it.

In your Icon > Table plan you go to the right service. There you can on the reservation click and via the details pane on the Icon pencil click to change it.

You can also use your mouse in the reservation list on your table plan about the reservation number. A will then appear Icon which you can click on.

 

Your customers can also change their reservation themselves via a link in their confirmation email or by logging in with their Resengo account on wwc.resengo.com. You determine the term until they can still do this.
