Ask questions through the reservation flow
It is possible to ask questions via the reservation flow. This could be about a question to be answered for the customer, whether or not obligatory, or for internal purposes only to show.
Various options:
Open questions | You can ask up to 4 open questions. |
Ask yes/no | You can ask up to 4 yes/no questions. It is only possible to display this internal (not visible for end customers). |
Ask dropdown | Here you can indicate who booked the reservation if it is a telephone reservation. This will only internally be visible. You can ask up to 4 dropdown questions. It's single possible to display these internally (not visible to end customers). |
Set the customer to accept terms and conditions when creating a reservation
