In restaurants that use an online reservation platform, 90% of all reservations are made online. This means a huge time savings but also that you still have to manually add 10% of the reservations yourself. Learn how to do this in this article.

Add a series of reservations immediately
Do you also have a couple who have been coming to try out your new weekly menu every Tuesday evening for years? Or do the same businessmen come to you for lunch every Friday? Then it's easy to add this reservation as a recurring series. That way, they are always sure of their spot and you have a little less work!
- Click on add reservation.
- At the top next to the date, check Series.
If you don't see Series next to the date, you still need to activate it by our help desk. Make a helpdesk ticket for this. - Enter the remaining info of the reservation.
- The dates you can (de)select appear at the bottom: tick the dates on which you wish to register a reservation for that client.
- Click on save.
If you select to send an e-mail, a separate e-mail will be sent for each reservation.
It is best to always make sure that for such series of reservations to select a customer from the database. When you select the customer from the database, you can also start updating the series again by updating one reservation and then selecting Series again.
