Restore deleted reservations
You can find your deleted or canceled reservations via your Reservation list
- Go to your
> Reservation list.
- Use the standard filter Cancellations in the dropdown next to Search.
- Or click show
filters and replace in the St. column <99 with 99 and click search.
Your canceled reservations will now be reflected by being crossed out. You can now restore it by clicking on the arrow.
Deleted reservations are permanently deleted as soon as they are in the past lying down.
Your customers can also cancel their reservations themselves. You can set the deadline determine until when they can do this. Read more about how to do that here.
