How do I cancel a reservation in my Resengo Tables?

Via your Table Plan Via your Reservations List Via your Inbox
  1. Go to your Icon > Table plan  en to the desired date and service.
  2. Click on the reservation.
  3. Right click on the Icon trash can icon.

A cancellation email will automatically be sent become.

Would you rather not, Icon edit the reservation and check send confirmation email. Then click below on delete.

Tip

When you delete a reservation by typing it Icon edit, you can at comments to customer first fill in a comment, it will also be included the cancellation email sent 

  1. Go to Icon > Reservation list and find the appropriate reservation on.
  2. Click on the left Icon trash can icon next to the reservation that you want to delete.

If the customer's email address is known, a cancellation email will always be sent with this method of deletion.

  1. Go to your Icon Inbox.
  2. Locate the reservation in question using the magnifying glass on the right.
  3. Left click on the Icon trash can icon next to the reservation you want to delete.

Restore deleted reservations

You can find your deleted or canceled reservations via your Reservation list

  1. Go to your Icon > Reservation list.
  2. Use the standard filter Cancellations in the dropdown next to Search.
  3. Or click show Icon filters and replace  in the St. column <99 with 99 and click search.

Your canceled reservations will now be reflected by being crossed out. You can now restore it by clicking on the mceclip0.png arrow.

Caution

Deleted reservations are permanently deleted as soon as they are in the past lying down.

 

Your customers can also cancel their reservations themselves. You can set the deadline determine until when they can do this. Read more about how to do that here.
