You may need to look up a reservation or reservations. Time is money, and so Resengo won't let you down by making you scroll through all your reservations. Get efficient, save time and quickly find your way to the information you need thanks to Resengo's extensive search function.

In this article:

  • Cancelled reservations
  • Recently added and modified reservations
  • Reservations between a certain period

In this article, we explain specific searches through your reservation list. You can also look up a reservation via your Inbox. How to do that in Resengo Agenda you can see it here.

You can search very extensively for a specific reservation via your Icon > Reservation list or a list of reservations. Below are a few examples of common searches.

Search for canceled reservations

Tables Agenda
  1. Go to your Icon > Reservation list.
  2. Show the filters.
  3. Above the St. column, replace <99 with 99 (add the column Status via Icon if you don't see St.).
  4. Click search.
  1. Go to your Icon > Reservation list.
  2. Under the column D fill in 1.
  3. Click on search.

You will now see all the deleted appointments in the future.

Search for recently added and modified reservations

  1. Go to your Icon > Reservation list.
  2. You sort the column Upd. (=date on which the reservation last updated) by clicking the column title or the arrow next door.
  3. Click on search.
Tip

You can see the date and time when the reservation was created by updating the reservation. At Tables you can see at the bottom when the reservation was added and last updated. With Resengo Agenda you can click on the mceclip0.png history at the bottom.

Search for reservations between a certain period

  1. Go to your Icon > Reservation list.
  2. Show the filters.
  3. .Above the column Date  give the 2 dates.
    • In Resengo tables, do this in this format dd/mm/yy-dd/mm/yy. Example: if you want to see the reservations of August, fill in 01/08/22-01/09/22.
    • In Resengo Agenda, you fill in the begin date in the top field and the end date in the bottom field.
  4. Click on search.

Reservations are kept up to 2 years in the past.
