The status of your reservations indicates whether this reservation already exists is in the business or has already left. By keeping track of these statuses, make sure that everyone with access to your Resengo is perfectly informed is of your current table occupancy.

Tables Agenda

By default, we work with 4 statuses:

  • R = Reserved. The reservation hasn't arrived yet at your restaurant.
  • T = Seated at table. The reservation has arrived at your restaurant and sits at the table.
  • L = Left. The reservation has paid and has left.
  • NS = No show. The reservation did not show up without notification.

You can change this status at any time by adding the reservation work and select the status from the dropdown at the top. In your  Reservation List or IconTable plan you can also click on the status to move it to the next one to put.

The receiving mode in your Icon Table plan

The reception mode ensures that you can receive your service smoothly during your service can add passages to your table plan. Passages are guests who pass by without reservation.

On your Icon Table plan can be found at the top right of your receive mode button. When if you click on it, it turns red and is active.

As soon as the receive mode is active, you can add passage by clicking on the table where the passage gets seated. A reservation of the type Passage assigned in status T (to Table). The number of people depends on of the number of people you click on the table.

Caution

You can only activate the receive mode in the current time slot.

Tip

When you are in reception mode you can easily make extra reservations add to the active timeslot via the plus_add.svg plus at the top right or via the quick booker, see How does the quick booker work?

You can always change this status through your calendar by hovering your mouse over the reservation. You will then see 4 colored faces.
