The reservation list in your Resengo Agenda

What is the reservation list?

The Reservations list gives you an overview of all reservations in your system. When you click on search, you will by default see all reservations from today into the future. With the search function you can go very specific search among all your reservations.

You can find the Reservation List in the gray bar on the left via reserveringslijst.svg.

How do I use the reservation list

You use the reservation list if you want to search for one or more reservations. You can enter certain parameters with the search function to obtain a list of your reservation.

You can quickly update reservations via your reservation list via the Icon pencil or remove via the Icon trash can icon. You can also:

  • Adjust the status by clicking on the current status.
  • View the communication history of the reservation via mceclip1.png.
  • Resend a standard email via Icon.

You can also activate additional columns via Icon at the top. 

The buttons at the top also give you the option to print or export your reservations to Icon Excel. You will always export or print the reservervations in the filtered list.

 

Below you will find some more specific searches for your reservation list:

How can I see which reservations have recently been added/modified?

  1. Go to your Reservation list
  2. You sort the column Upd.(= date on the reservation was last updated) descending by on clicking the down arrow.
  3. The reservations list is now selected in descending order on the last adjustment date.

To see which reservations have recently been added or modified, please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to your Reservation list
  2. You sort the Upd column. (=date on which the reservation is last updated) descending by column title or click the down arrow next to it.

The list of reservations is now displayed descending on the last update date.

The reservations which were last modified or added are at the top. This way you can find the recent events.

How can I get an overview of canceled reservations?

  1. Go to your Reservation list.
  2. Click Show Search.
  3. Then fill in the following filter:

    • Tables: Above the St. column, replace <99 with 99.
    • Agenda: Above the column V put 1.

  4. Click search.

How can I retrieve past reservations?

Reservations are kept in the system for 2 years. You can make reservations easily retrieve from the past through you reserveringslijst.svg reservation list. Use the search function and then check the top right Include archive on.

How can I see how many online reservations have been made?

Via the reservation list you can filter on the field  which indicate whether the reservation was made by the customer himself. This do as follows:

  1. If you don't see that field on the far right, then elect via the field selector  the field Reservation made by customer.
  2. You can now filter on this field with the following values:
    • 1: Reservation is created by guest
    • 0: Reservation has been entered by an employee

You can also via Icon > i-Agenda > Analysis do an analysis on this field:

  • Row= Month
  • Column= Reservation made by the customer.
  • Value= ID
  • Function= Quantity

You will receive an overview per month of the number reservations made by employees (column 0) and number online reservations (column 1).
