What does "waiting for registration" mean?

In the time between confirming the reservation and submitting the customer information, a reservation will be on the name Waiting for Registration. The reservation will be kept in this way immediately to block the chosen time slot. We do this to prevent someone else from making a reservation in its place in the meantime.

It is possible that some reservations are (temporarily) on Waiting for Registration. Consequently, they are either converted to a real reservation or they disappear. If the customer does not confirm his/her details after 10 minutes, the reservation is automatically deleted and the time slot released to other customers.

It is important not to make any changes to these reservations. This way they will always be cleaned up automatically.
