Your Inbox collects all your guest communication, reservations and orders in a handy overview. That way you and all your employees can one team to respond quickly and efficiently to new messages. You can also manage your calendar via the plus sign at the top right.
Inbox
Here you get an overview of all messages that require your attention. Did a customer enter a comment during the reservation or did he answer to a question from you? You will find that message in your Inbox back.
Your Inbox is therefore the list of all messages that you still have to deal with.
- Reservations questions are the comments your guest writes when making his/her reservation.
- Group Requests is an option for Expert customers where group bookings have the chance to to book an option, which the restorer may or may not approve.
- Messages are questions from guests who have come in via the 'ask a question' button of resengo.com.
- Feedbacks are guest responses to the invitation to leave a score and/or review to let.
- Notifications are messages from Resengo about the software and any actions taken by you are needed.
- In the Archive find you all cases already dealt with.
Reservations
In the tab Reservations all new reservations to appear. You can also see all changes, cancellations that have taken place here.
Orders
Here you see an overview of all your orders. Purchased gift vouchers can do this his or takeaway orders. This will not be shown if you do not make online payments accepts through Resengo.
