Search and filter your Resengo

You can search and filter in lists in different places in your Resengo. In your reservation list, order list, member list and so on you can all go search for one or more results. Below we explain how to do this efficiently.

In various screens where you get a list of information (such as reservations, member information, order information, ...) do you have the opportunity to search or filter. This is how you do this

  1. Click on show search function.
  2. Sometimes filters are already set by default. Click on clear search filter to to search through all the information.
  3. Enter your search term(s) above the column(s).
  4. Click search or enter on your keyboard.

In the video below only want to see the reservations for lunch from May 25, 2022.

Additional tips for your searches

  • You can add or delete columns. Click on the Icon three dots and then Icon choose columns. That way, you can only display the information desired or useful to you.
  • At the top left of your screen you will see # in the selection: xx. This gives again how many rows per page are displayed after your search.
  • You can also sort the list by clicking on the column name.
  • Do you want to search further back in time? Then tick include archive at.
  • For certain columns you can filter on <, >, <= or >=, for example at the date column:
< All data for this date
> All data after this date
<= All data for this date, including this date
>= All data after this date, including this date

05/01/2022-15/05/2022

All data between these two dates, including the end date

Tip

Sometimes you can also save it after you have entered the filter. Click  mceclip0.png and give your filter a name. You can now call it back via the dropdown next to it mceclip0.png icon.
