You can divide your customer base with categories. You can then send emails filter your customer base based on your categories.

Create categories
First we will create the different categories:
- Go to
> Guests > Category groups
- Create a general group. For example: customers.
- Go to
> Guests > Categories
- Create the desired categories there. For example: individuals and companies.
If you don't have the Categories menu yet, please contact the helpdesk by tapping the question mark in the menu bar on the left side of your system click.
Assign customers to a category
After you have created your categories, you can start assigning your customers to these categories. You assign a profile to a category the profile and select the desired category there.
Do you want to immediately assign a larger group of customers to a category? can do that too:
- Go to
Guests > Member list.
- Create via the filters a selection of the profiles you wish to assign to a new category.
- Check all the profiles in your selection. If you want all profiles right away then click the box at the top left of the box column.
- In the dropdown at the top, select Add profiles to category ...
- Click on the red flag
.
- Click on the category to which you want to add the profiles from your selection want to add.
- Click ok.
To be able to select all the profiles you have to have them all on 1 page stand. Therefore adjust the Number of profiles per page (top left # l.p.p.) which defaults to 30 on to a number greater than the number of profiles in your selection and click on search. This can be maximum up to 500 be adjusted. If you want to add more profiles to a category do you can do this in different steps of 500. Always wait for the page fully loaded is.
Filter your customer base by categories
- Go to
Guests > Member list.
- If you don't see the column Categories , select the field via the gear at the top of the screen.
- Above Categories, check the category you want to filter on.
- Click Search.
If you want to filter on multiple categories, you can select multiple by holding down your CTRL key. You then have several options:
- OR check: You want to filter on all people who belong to belong to at least one of the categories you have selected.
- AND check: You want to filter on all people who belong to all the categories belong you selected:
- <> check: You want to filter on all people who not belong to a particular category.
