How do I configure my vacation or long-term closure?

After a very busy period, let off steam and enjoy a relaxing vacation can do a lot of good. To enter this restful period, Resengo offers a simple way to set this up correctly.

If you don't want to take online reservations for a while, you can enter closure. During this period it is not possible to book online. You do this as follows:

Agenda
  1. Go to Icon > Tables > Opening hours (series) and then the tab Holidays.
  2. Click on the plus on the top right.
  3. Select the closing days
    • From = First day you case is closed
    • Until = First day you case reopens.
    • If necessary, you can also specify the start and end time Selecting. If not, leave it at 00:00.
  4. Would you like to send a message  to your guests? Enter a description.
  5. Click Save.

Tip

If you only want to close a couple of services, you can do that through the Icon Calendar. See how to do that here.
  1. Go to Icon > i-Agenda > Holidays.
  2. Select the closing days.
    • From = First day on which your business is closed
    • Until = First day on which your business opens back.
    • If applicable, please also give it start and end time. If not, leave this at 00:00.
  3. Do you want to give a message  to your customers? Enter a description.
  4. Click Save.
