The reservation list in your Resengo Tables

What is the reservation list?

The Reservation list gives you an overview of all reservations in your system. By default you see all reservations from today to the future but the search function allows you to search more specifically through all your reservations.

You can find the Reservation list in the grey bar on the left via Icon >Reservation list.

How do I use the reservation list

The reservation list is used if you want to search for one or more reservations. You can use the Icon filters to enter certain parameters to obtain a list of your reservation. You can also hide these filters, you will see that the eye is crossed out Icon.

You can quickly update reservations via your reservation list with the Icon pencil or remove them with the Icon trash can icon. You can also:

  • Adjust the status by clicking on the current status.
  • View the communication history of the reservation via mceclip1.png.
  • Resend a standard email via Icon.
  • Consult the order of that reservation by clicking on the euro sign.

You can also activate additional columns. Click on the Icon three dots and then Icon choose columns.

Using the Icon three points at the top, you can also export or print your reservations to Icon Excel. You will always export or print the reservations in the filtered list.

Below you will find some more specific searches for your reservation list: 

How can I see which reservations have recently been added/modified?

  1. Go to your Reservation list.
  2. You sort the column Upd.(= date on the reservation was last updated) descending by on clicking the down arrow.
  3. The reservations list is now selected in descending order on the last adjustment date.

To see which reservations have recently been added or modified, please follow these steps: 

  1. Go to your Reservation list.
  2. You sort the Upd column. (=date on which the reservation last updated) descending by title of the column or on the down arrow next to it.

The list of reservations is now displayed descending on the last update date.

The reservations which were last modified or added are at the top. This way you can find the recent events.

How can I get an overview of canceled reservations?

  1. Go to your Reservation list.
  2. Use the default filter Cancellations in the dropdown next to Search.
  3. Or click on Icon filters and in the St. <99 column, replace <99 with 99 and click search.

How can I retrieve past reservations?

Reservations are kept in the system for 2 years. You can easily retrieve reservations from the past with your reservation list. Use the search function and then click Include archive on the top right.
