You can look up a guest through your member list in your Resengo. Go to Guests > Guest list. There you can use the search function to look up a customer on the basis of first name, last name, e-mail address and so on. You can then click on the customer's name for more details about this customer file and edit it via the pencil.
During making a reservation you can also search for a customer. By doing this, you can link it directly to your reservation. You do this by enter a search term at name and on the magnifying glass or press enter clicking.

The last name | You can also enter part of this. It is important that you always enter the first part of the last name. Are you looking for example Jan Peeters, you can search by entering "peet". |
The phone number | You can search by the customer's phone number by entering it, starting with 0 and without special characters, for example 0472830296. |
The date of birth | Enter the date of birth in the format DD/MM/YYYY. For example 26/04/1975. |
The customer number (=membership number) | If you work with customer numbers, you can enter these. For example "1765". |

You can activate additional columns in your member list. Click at the top of the screen on the gear icon (field selector) and check the columns that you want to show. The left column is for the fields too show in your screen, the right column to select the fields to be included in the Excel export .
