How can I view a customer's visit history?

If a guest has already booked with you before, you will see his name at the top right see a number in the reservation list. This number indicates the number of visits from that guest.

To view this history:

  1. When making the reservation, click on the customer's name. je can also look up this customer via your Members List.
  2. Click on the Reservations or feedbacks tab to see the history.

If the customer's name is not clickable, it means that it is not is linked to a customer file and you can therefore not see a history. Therefore, link as many customer records as possible to reservations!
