What is the gift voucher module?
With the Resengo Gift Voucher Shop you can Sell gift vouchers directly online via your own website. The customer will receive the gift voucher in PDF format via email after payment. Each gift voucher you sell is assigned a unique number and verification code. Of this number and verification code can give you any voucher go to validate on use. You can also have your customers enter this code while booking online so that their gift voucher is already validated.
The payment of your gift vouchers
The payout of the gift vouchers takes place any Tuesday and paid Friday after gift voucher purchase and the money was received at Resengo.
You get the amount your customer paid, less about 2.5% transaction costs. The transaction costs vary depending on the payment method that your customer has chosen.

Activate the gift voucher module
You can activate the Resengo Gift voucher module for free via Resengo Support. Click here to create a help desk ticket and ask for activation. All information about your shop will be sent via our Helpdesk when the activation is complete.
You can then place the Gift Vouchers module on your website. Do you work with our Resengo Widget, then an extra tab will be activated in the widget where your customers buy a gift voucher online.
The gift vouchers modul can be activated for free. The variable costs consist of €2.5 per sale and approximately 2.5% transaction costs depending on the chosen payment method for the customer. You can pass these costs on to your customer in the form of administration costs or on your own. We recommend you to take this on yourself, read here why.
The cost of € 2.5 will be invoiced to you in the form of credits (per 30, valid indefinitely) and you will get it back with every gift voucher sold. The transaction costs are immediately deducted from the payout.
Make sure your account number is entered at 
> Account > Invoice data so that we can process the payouts from you gift vouchers to the correct account number.
