Not everyone in your business should have the same accesses to your Resengo. It may be easier for your staff in the business to have a limited display of Resengo. You can determine all this via the security levels and rolls.
What are security levels and what are there?
Each member in your member list has a security level that determines the rights in your Resengo system. Security levels can be set per customer profile in your Resengo.
We can divide the security levels into two different groups.
- Administrator Profiles are the profiles you can log in with in Your Resengo via www.myresengo.com.
- Customer Profiles are the profiles of your customers.

Administrator | This is the user who can do everything in Your Resengo. The administrator can Go into the settings and make all the changes there. |
5 | Manager | Manager has roughly the same rights as the administrator profile by default. These can be changed by Resengo Support. |

Customer Profiles | ||
0 | Audience | If the person is not logged in when making a reservation or buying it in the shop, they get Securitylevel 0. |
200 | User | While making a reservation or buying in the shop, the customer log in with their Resengo profile. At that point, the customer Security level 200. |
