Social media ensures that you as a business can be close to your guests, and fast communication. You can link your Resengo to your Social media so that your guests can also book through here and more!

The Facebook link

Activation of the Facebook link

The Facebook link is set up by Resengo support. for doing that, you need to add the Facebook account Resengo Implementation as Editor. This is how you do this:

  1. Go to your Facebook business page.
  2. At the top, click Settings > Page roles.
  3. Add a new admin at the bottom with the email address support@dixys.com or the username Resengo Implementation. The role that at least we need is Editor
  4. As soon as you have completed these steps, you notify the helpdesk.

Caution

To keep the link active, this user keeps these rights. Even after we make the link the user must have at least Resengo Helpdesk content creator stay off your page.

What does the Facebook link do

Feedbacks from a certain score will be automatically posted on your Facebook page. If you prefer that feedbacks are not posted automatically, you can do this adjust via Icon > Partners > Resengo. You click on the Facebook icon under Connections. 

You can also you Last-minutes, promotions, special events or newsletters direct post to your Facebook page.

You also get a Call To Action button with the description Register Now, Order Now or Buy Now that refers to your reservation module.

The Book Now-button can be not used as call to action button..

Post a booking link on your social media

You can also put a link on your social media that customers can go through directly to reserve. You will also see in your Resengo that these reservations are made via this channel have entered.

Facebook

  1. Click the button at the top right on your page to add or edit a button.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Finally, copy and paste the reservation link. This find you in your Resengo via Icon > Partner > Resengo. Right at the field Reservation links click on the Facebook logo. The correct URL has now been copied.

Google

We offer the possibility to work with Reserve with Google. If you activate this, guests can directly access the Book Now/Reserve Table Button on Google Book. But Reserve With Google is a simplified system so it You may or may not want to activate this. But then you can do set a reservation link so that the reservations always through the Resengo widget:

  • Visit your business page at Google My Business.
  • Click on Information.
  • Look for Reservation Links and click on it Icon pencil next to it.
  • Copy your Resengo reservation link. You will find this in your resengo via Icon > Partner > Resengo. Right at the field Reservation links click on the Google logo. The correct URL has now been copied.

Instagram

  1. Go to your business page on Instagram. Go to your profile.
  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. At website  you can now enter the URL of your paste reservation module. You will find this in your Resengo Icon > Partner > Resengo. Right at the field Reservation links click on the Instagram logo. The correct URL has now been copied.

Twitter

  1. Go to your company page on Twitter.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Click Edit Profile.
  4. At website  you can now enter the URL of your paste reservation module. You will find this in your Resengo Icon > Partner > Resengo. Right at the field Reservation links click on the Twitter logo. The correct URL has now been copied.
