In this article:

  • Create an additional login
  • Edit your profile and password

You can create an extra login for your Resengo. This is how you do this:

  1. Go to Icon > Account > Users.

  3. You enter the desired data (first name, last name and e-mail address are obliged).
  4. At the bottom of administrator info you put it Security level on administrator or staff.
  5. You click on Save

If you also want to give this person access to the helpdesk, click at the top right on Helpdesk users. You click Icon Add record and select the account from the dropdown.

If the account of the person you want to create staff already exists, you of course do not have to create a new account. It suffices the existing account look up, update via the pencil and then at the bottom of the Securitylevel set to Staff
