What is the notification center
With the notification center we created a central location with which we push notifications to you
What notifications will be shown?
There are two types of notifications:
- Normal notifications: these notifications remain in the notification center
- Sticky notifications: these are highlighted, visible at the top of the notification center and only disappear once the action tied to the notification has been performed.
The notification center is visible to all profiles. However, certain notifications will only be visible to profiles with a certain security level. Think for example of notifications related to invoices. Reading a notification depends on the user. Thus, everyone within the company is always informed.
Below we will give an overview of the notifications that we sent throught the notification center:
Product and marketing updates | We will inform you about an upcoming release, maintenance, marketing campaign, ... |
Invoices |
You will be informed when a new invoice is available. Once the invoice is overdue, the notification will become sticky and will only disappear when the action tied to the notification (payment of invoice) has been performed. |
Helpdesk |
Via a notification you will be notified that a we have responded to your ticket in Zendesk. Via the notification you will be redirected to the ticket. |
