Personalising your gift vouchers

Use your corporate identity and personalize your gift voucher module. Get one like this own hand in this Resengo module and create a gift voucher template yourself with specific touches to the style of your business. Discover on this page how to create a gift template, and how to change the validity period of the gift gift determines.

Your Gift Voucher Template

By default, Resengo gives you a gift voucher template where your logo and background photo stands up. You can adjust this foto by:

  1. Go to Icon > Company > Logo and photos.
  2. Left click Logo & photos and add your logo and a few cover photos, including the one you're on want to put your gift voucher.
  3. The photo above in this list will used by default on your gift vouchers.

I prefer no background picture but only my logo

  1. Go to Icon > Gift Cards > Templates and types.
  2. In the column, change PDF template to Resengo Gift Voucher Value no Background at the Value template and at the Resengo Gift Voucher Arrangement no Background at the Package template.

I want to use a different image instead of the logo

  1. Go to Icon > Company > Files.
  2. Upload the image you wish to use.
  3. Once uploaded, copy the full URL of the image beginning with https://www.resengo.com/data/...
  4. Go to Icon > Company > System texts.
  5. Fill in Search 17601  and click search.
  6. Now paste in any language the URL you just copied have.

Use your own gift voucher template

You can use your own gift voucher template. You make for this submit a ticket to our helpdesk and send us your design. We will then upload it to your system. The PDF-Template that you provide us must comply with certain criteria: 

  • Format must be 1 A4  (this way customers will also print the gift voucher correctly).
  • Provide sufficient space for the following items that are handled by the system: entered:
    • Expiration date: the expiry period of a gift voucher defaults to 1 year from date of purchase. This term can be adjusted if desired
    • Amount and/or description. Please note, we note the € already as part of the value.
    • Gift voucher number: this is the unique number of the gift voucher, it is automatically generated by the system
    • Verification code: this code consisting of 6 letters must be entered by the customer when booking online with the gift voucher, that way it is prevented that people can just try numbers to enter. This verification code is also generated automatically
    • Donated by: So the gift giver can be write name on the gift voucher.

Determine validity period

You can change the validity date of a single gift voucher that you have sold or the expiry date of a type of gift voucher.

  1. Go to  Gift vouchers > Gift vouchers.
  2. Find the gift voucher where you want to change the validity date of.
    • Search by the gift voucher number.
    • If you can't find the gift voucher, try it first clicking the X in the top left and search again. So clear all other preset search filters.
  3. Click on the pencil to the left of the gift voucher number to edit.
  4. Adjust the expiry date (Valid until) of the gift voucher to the desired date.
  5. Click Save.
  1. Go to Icon > Gift Cards > Products.
  2. Edit the gift voucher where you want to change the validity
  3. At the price line on the right you see the Type of period stand. There you choose whether you want to use the voucher for a certain number of times
  4. Then determine at #per how many months or years you want to keep the voucher valid.
