Setting up a webshop is a time-consuming affair, while you Resengo Shop & Go quick an easy start can go.

Activate the Shop & Go module

The activation of your Shop & Go module is done via  > General > Resengo Modules. There you click on Shop & go. Upon activation, we will create a helpdesk ticket where you can find the link to your Shop & go. You can then via  > Widget activate the takeout button in your Resengo Widget.

The cost of the Shop & go module is a one-time startup costs of € 150 and € 20 will be charged per month.

Add or remove products

It's best to you divide products into different groups. This we do this by adding folders:

1. Go to  > i-Shop > Products.
2. Click on menu  en then click the plus to create a new subfolder.
3. Give the folder a description and click on Save.

Then we add your products under the correct folder:

1. Click on  next to the description of the folder or copy an existing product with .
2. With the index you can determine the order of the product. Products with the lowest index value will be shown at the top of the page become.
3. Name the product in Dutch, French and/or English.
4. Set a price (including VAT) for the product.
5. Fill if necessary time limits or stocks for your product.
6. You can add an extra description to the product.

Add available pick-up and delivery times

1. Go to  > Calendar > Opening hours(series).
2. Click on  om create a new series. Enter at Timeslot top a title to your pick-up moment.
3. Select Takeaway or Home Delivery.
4. Check the days on on which the pick-up/delivery is possible.
5. Choose your start and end time.
6. Be sure to click Hours and Spread here the time slots are displayed separately and you can still set a few things per time slot. Under the globe you can check and uncheck time locks for online availability.
7. Click Save.

You can also add 1 moment for pick-up or delivery. This is how you do this:

1. Go to your  Inbox.
2. Select your Shop & go top left.
3. click on top right.
4. In your day's box, click the icon next to the timeslot you wish to add.
