All the products in your Resengo POS can be sold online or offline. In this article we explain how you can manage them in general.

Add products
- Go to
> Cash Register > Products.
- You can add a new product by:
- Copy an existing product. The product will be placed in the same folder. In that case only adjust the description of the product you add a price line for the product. !Recommended!
- Add an empty product. On the left of the desired folder, click the plus sign.
- Depends on the folder true you add that product, you fill in other details about the product yourself in.
This is a general explanation of how to add a product. Do you want please add a specific product such as a gift voucher or a dish, you can do that best on the basis of the relevant article.
Customize products
You can adjust a product via- Go to
> Cash Register > Products.
- Find the product via the search function or via the folders left.

Edit the product using the pencil and adjust the price in the column P. iVAT. Save the changes the product at the bottom.
- If you want to adjust the price of a takeout product, you can do that at Price.
Subdivide products
You can group your products via Folders. These will also be available in your online shop be subdivided into this.
- Go to
> Cash Register > Products.
- Right-click on the link i-Shop, at the top left of the screen en select: add a new folder.
Folder name | Describe your folder. |
Type | Type of products that will be in this folder. Create here a choice. |
Index | Order of your product in the cash register. Products with the lowest value as index will be displayed in front/top become. |
Show on the public site | Uncheck this if the brochure is not allowed to be offered online. All products in that folder will be subject to this institution. |
Available at cash register | Check this box if the folder may only be sold internally. All products in this brochure will be subject to that institution. |
You can also add a subfolder to a folder. Click right-click a folder and click again add a new folder. You can also click on the three Click the dots next to the folder and click the plus.
How can I change the order of my products and folders?
The order of your products and folders is determined on the basis of the assigned index. The product or folder with the lowest index value will be at the top. When you update a product, you can enter the index there.
To edit the Index of a folder:
- Edit the folder by right clicking and clicking on Update folder
- Enter the index of this folder. This one index indicates the order.
Do you want to move a product to another folder, do you do it like this
- Go to
> Cash Register > Products.
- Click on the desired product on the four-arrow symbol.
- Click on the folder where you can find the product want to move.
- Click OK in the popup.
