How do I place my own privacy terms in the reservation module?

Don't want to use the Resengo GDPR module? That is of course no problem, please know that as a controller always must provide Privacy Terms that customers can in your reservation module and a data processing register. We will also always provide you with our free processing agreement. 

Follow the steps below to integrate your privacy terms into your reservation module.

Are your privacy terms on your website? Are your privacy terms in a PDF document?
  1. Copy the URL (the link of the correct page in your website).
  2. Go to Icon > Account > Invoice data and load at General Conditions URL specify the URL.
  1. Go to Icon > Company > Files. Upload the file and copy the URL you see appear to the right of the image.
  2. Go to Icon > Account > Invoice data and load at General conditions URL the URL.

Contact the Helpdesk om show the uploaded privacy conditions in the reservation flow.
