You can put your payments that still need to be made in Resengo in your KBC local.
You do this as follows:

First you are going to download the Excel file so that you can import this correctly.

1. Download the excel file from Resengo to your desktop and give it the name ExperienceRefund.xls. You replace it every time file on it. In this way, KBC recognizes this and all settings are always correct.
2. Now open this file with Excel. You will be notified that the file format is not correct. Click Yes to open the file anyway.
3. Click File and then Save As ...
4. At the bottom you will see the type of file Web page selected. Change this in Excel 97-2003 Workbook.
5. You will now see ExperiencePayment in the list of files stand. Click this to overwrite the file.
6. Click Save to confirm the transfer. Then click Continue on the Compatibility Checker.

Now you are going to import the Excel file into KBC local:

1. Open your KBC Local.
2. Go to Worksheet.
3. Click Commands from Excel
4. Click on Explore and select your file ExperienceRefund.xls
5. Click Finish setup and then Start.
6. Your file is now ready in your worksheet, check it and you click Submit at the bottom
7. Wait about ten minutes and then go to KBC Online. Here choose you Transaction menu > Transfers > Add signature
8. Signature the file.
