Payment Terms for your Invoices from Resengo

In your Resengo you can do all your invoices find it. It can of course happen that you overlook an invoice sees. That is why we have ensured that those invoices that you have not yet paid over time, become visible in your Icon Inbox.

Depending on how long the payment term has expired, you will also receive additional notifications or see blocks. Below an overview:

The payment term of the unpaid invoice is > 7 days. In your Icon Inbox a white € icon will be visible at the top right. You can click on it to pay this invoice directly. 
The payment term of the unpaid invoice is < 7 days. In the Icon Inbox an orange € icon will be visible at the top right. You can click on it to pay this invoice directly. je will also see an overlay message once a day in your Icon Inbox with a reminder to pay for this invoice.
The payment term of the unpaid invoice has expired. In the Icon Inbox a red € icon will be visible at the top right. You can click on it to pay this invoice directly. je also get yours every time you Icon Inbox opens, see an overlay message with a reminder to pay for this invoice.
The payment term of the unpaid invoice has expired 15 days.

Your Resengo is blocked. you still have access to your Resengo but all menu items will be hidden. You will then no longer have access to your Resengo functionalities.

A holiday period will be added to prevent guests can make reservations online. The holiday will be a contain a message that it is no longer possible to book online and that you should be contacted.

The blocked status only affects the reservation, take away & delivery widget. This has no impact on the gift voucher widget.

You have paid the unpaid invoice All your menu items are visible again and you have access to all your Resengo functionalities. The holiday period will also be removed so that guests can book online again.
