How can I permanently remove my data from the Resengo database?

If you wish to permanently remove your data from the Resengo database, you need to follow the steps below:

  • Go to www.resengo.com.
  • Click on Sign in at the top right of the screen.
  • Enter your email address and password and click Login at the bottom. In the event that you do not have a password, click on forgot password.
  • Once logged in, click on your name at the top right and navigate to the menu item Account.
  • Scroll all the way down and click Do you want to permanently delete your account from Resengo's database? Click here.
  • Finally, enter your own email address and click on Delete my account.
  • If your account has been successfully deleted, you will see a notification to get.
Tip

If there are still reservations linked to your account in the future it will not be possible to delete your account. Click top right on your name and navigate to Reservations to an overview of your open reservations to become.
