I want to terminate my contract

It is a pity that you would leave Resengo, but if that is your wish we are of course willing to guide you in this as well as possible. Feel free to contact us Contact the Resengo Customer Success Team if you believe we are fulfilling our obligations have not been fully complied with. Then we look at the situation together.

Unless otherwise agreed, our contracts have a fixed term of one year and are tacitly renewed on the maturity date. Unless you're three months waives this in writing in advance. If you cancel your contract with us wish to end, you have the following options:

Option 1: Upon immediate cessation of trading activities and/or use of the reservation software:

The contract will be terminated immediately and the possibility until online reservation via your website and your company page at resengo.com will be disabled immediately. Among other things, we do this to avoid receiving duplicate bookings via different systems. You receive one final invoice for the remaining contract term. Your back office remains available until the end of the contract.

Option 2: In the event of future termination of the business, or termination of the cooperation for other reasons:

We cancel the automatic renewal of the contract so that it is discontinued on the maturity date. You can use the online reservation system therefore continue to use without restriction until the end of the contract. You will continue to receive our invoices on a periodic basis until end of the contract. Unless you cancel your contract already opts for one of these options, we will always ask for confirmation before entering into the contract to end. We will not take any further action without notice to avoid mistakes. You prefer to cancel a contract in writing via the Helpdesk, or through from a registered letter. We unfortunately cannot accept telephone cancellations.
