How do I get into the helpdesk and community?
From your Resengo Admin there are 3 different ways to go to the Help Center:
- The Help Center in your admin on the bottom right.
- Through your profile at the top right and then Helpdesk.
- Via this link.
Your Helpcenter in your admin
The help center is the dark blue question mark you see at the bottom right of your Resengo Admin. When you select it, relevant FAQs appear to help you with common questions about the page you are on.
You can select these FAQs and the new help center will give you the complete able to read answer.
In this widget you will also see 3 buttons:
- Ask your question to the community
Via this button you will be redirected to the community where you can send your question to your competitors can set. This is certainly relevant when you want to get inspiration about how to optimize your Resengo admin. - Search among all FAQs
This button will take you to a page where you can find all Resengo FAQs consult. Navigate between the different themes or search via search at the top of the screen. - Ask your question to support
If none of the above gives you the answer you want, you can always count on the Resengo Support team. This link will take you directly to a ticket creation page and someone from the Resengo Support team will to be contacted as soon as possible. - Follow in-app guides
Through these guides, you will learn as you go! Learn how to take certain actions or how exactly certain menu items work

Via your profile and then Helpdesk you can directly access your help center! Here you will find all Resengo FAQs, the Resengo community and your helpdesk.
Find your answer here in the FAQs by navigating between the different themes or search via the search at the top of the screen.
Can't find an answer to your question? Then put it to the Resengo community! Here you can meet other Resengo customers and employees from Resengo ask your question.
You can also open your helpdesk if you need help from one of our experts.
How do I ask the community a question?
Very simple:
Go to the community platform via the question mark in the left navigation bar of your Resengo platform.
Click on the handy links on ask the community
To make sure your question is picked up quickly, place your post in the correct group via the dropdown.
How do I ask a question to the helpdesk?
- Go to the community platform via the question mark in the left navigation bar from your Resengo platform.
- Click on ask a question to the Resengo Support team.
- You will now automatically be taken to the helpdesk form
- Enter the following:
Organization | Do you belong to more than one organization? Then select here for which organization you want to submit an application. This way we can get you even faster help out! |
Subject | Provide a brief description of the question, such as your subject of an e-mail. |
How can we help you? | In this dropdown you can select the type of question. some choices will show additional entry fields, so that you are sure to have enough information can pass on to our experts. |
Description | Provide as much information as possible that our experts contribute to the be able to hit. |
Attachment | Add one or more attachments, if applicable. |
Express ticket |
Would you like your ticket to be treated with express priority is becoming? Then tick this option. Your ticket will be sent within 4 hours be recorded by one of our experts. NB! for express tickets will be charged service credits. |
