How do I look up an appointment in my Resengo Agenda?

You may need to look up an appointment or appointments. Time is money, and so Resengo won't let you down by making you scroll through all your reservations. Get efficient, save time and quickly find your way to the information you need thanks to Resengo's extensive search function.

You can look up a reservation in following ways:

Inbox Agenda Reservation list
  1. Click on the magnifying glass top right.
  2. In the search field Name or N° you enter:
    • The name of the customer.
    • the reservation number.
    • the phone number (digits written together and starting with 0).
  3. click on Enter Icon Png #356695 - Bibliothèque d'icônes gratuites Enter.

You will now receive all open reservations that meet these criteria to fulfil.

Do you also wish reservation from the past and deleted reservation to see? Mark the bullet next to All appointments.
  1. Click on the magnifying glass at the top.
  2. In the search field Name or N° you enter:

You will now receive all open reservations that meet these criteria to fulfil.

  1. Choose Show search function top left.
  2. In the empty fields above the columns you can filter on these parameters. 
  3. Click search to view the results to show, click on the pencil to make a reservation to suit.
Tip

Check include archive if your appointments from further into the past.

 

You can also do very specific searches in your Resengo such as searching for cancelled reservations, reservations between a certain time period, and so on. See how to do this in this article.
