If you activated the Gift Vouchers module and use it, it is interesting to check out this feature. Analyze your sales gift vouchers and use data, visually represented by Resengo.
You can analyze your gift vouchers in two different ways:
- Your
Home screen
- Tables and graphs
The Home screen
- Go to the
Home page.
- Click on the tab gift vouchers at the top right.
The graphs can be interpreted as follows:
| Amount | Amounts earned from sales in the past 12 months of gift vouchers. |
| Gray dotted line with gray numbers | Indicates the amount earned the year before in the same month. |
| Green arrow | Indicates that more gift vouchers were sold than in the same month of the previous year. Next to the arrow you see the amount with which your income has increased. |
| Red arrow | Indicates that fewer gift vouchers were sold than in the same month the previous year. Next to the arrow you see the amount with which your income has fallen. |
| Blue = sign | Indicates that as many gift vouchers were sold as in the same month the year before. |
Via the bullet Resengo average, above the graph, you will find the average amount of all Resengo webshops per month.
Tables and Graphs
- Go to Gift Vouchers > Gift vouchers.

Click on the top right
square with an arrow.
- At the top left choose the filter for which you want to view the graph. You can choose from the following data:
- Sold value per month.
- Used value per month.
- Expired value per month.
- Value used per location (Only relevant if your business has more than one branches count).
Tip
Make sure your gift voucher shop is clearly visible and accessible on your website and post it on your social media channels to boost your sales.
