At a refund from When placing an order, you must also take into account the transaction costs already paid on that payment. Transaction costs (+- 2.5%) are always charged and the cost of a refund is always € 0.25/refund.
Example
The consumer paid €100. You will receive +- € 97.5 paid (+-2.5% transaction costs are always deducted from the payment).

If you work with your own PSP account (e.g. Ingenico or Mollie), the cost of € 0.25 per refund will not be charged. This will be done directly by your PSP (rates may vary).
