Through Analyse > Cash and turnover you can create your own analyzes and reports from your Resengo. These reports can you can then print via the print icon or export to an Excel list via the
Excel icon.
Where does the difference between the cash and revenue report come from?Cash and revenue are different data. Turnover is linked to the reservations that are made on a given day (what should come in to money). Cash, on the other hand, is linked to the inflow and outflow of money on a specific day (what actually comes in in money). Differences between cash and revenue report can have several causes:

How come I don't get any results when I request a cash report on General ledger filter?Since an order can contain order lines from different ledgers and it can be paid in installments is to show the ledger in the cash report irrelevant.
Example
You have an order worth € 20 for a product of the BEAUTY ledger and for € 80 a product of the JEWELS type. The customer pays € 50 in cash and € 50 with bancontact. It is impossible to say which payment is for which ledger. |
