Payment methods

You can find an overview of all the ways in which an order can be paid be through Icon > Financial > Payment type. You can also here change the existing payment methods or add a payment method.

The following payment methods are active for you by default.

Payment method when you create an order yourself For customers paying online:
  1. Cash or On Site: Register with this you place the order as paid.
  2. Online via e-mail: you send an e-mail for the amount to be paid online to the customer. This is only possible if there is an e-mail linked to the order.
  3. Bank transfer: You send a transfer request to the customer. When your customer has transferred the amount you are going to register this in Resengo:
    1. Go to your order list and to the order that has been paid
    2. Click on the red euro sign of the order
    3. Click on the red euro sign in the detail of the order
    4. Click on OK
    5. Set the amount to be paid to 0 and click on confirm.
  4. Gift Voucher: You will be given the opportunity to enter a number and code of a Resengo gift voucher. This gift voucher is used for payment.
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Bancontact/Maestro
  • iDeal
  • Gift voucher

 

The payment method cash and bank transfer are always disabled for your customers.

How can I select a payment method  add or deactivate?

You can deactivate a payment method by updating it and checking the active checkmark to tick off.

Activate an additional payment method as follows:

  1. Go to Icon > Financial > Payment type.
  2. Icon Copy a payment method that is similar to the one you want to add.
  3. Icon Change the payment method.
  4. Determine who can use this payment method by setting the appropriate securitylevels to select.
  5. If it is a payment method that you want to use internally and that immediately should be seen as paid, check Transactions are immediately paid with this payment method on. For example for the payment method Cash.
  6. Add any remaining, relevant matters.
  7. Click Save at the bottom.
