How do I open a window in incognito mode?

If you want to test a flow as your customers see it, it's best surf incognito, otherwise you will remain logged in as an administrator and you will see things that not see your customers. You can open an incognito window with the following key combinations open in the different browsers:

Google Chrome Windows        Ctrl+Shift+N
macOS        Command+Shift+N
Apple's Safari macOS        Command+Shift+N
Google Mozilla Firefox Windows        Ctrl+Shift+P
macOS        Command+Shift+P

How do I clear the cache and cookies?

Chrome Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11 Safari Firefox Edge
  • Open Google Chrome.
  • Click the "Customize and manage Google Chrome" icon. This is the icon with three dots Aanpassen en beheren.
  • Click  More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
  • A new window will open. Check the box for Cookies and other site data, if not already checked.

A setting in the browser you use can cause forms be filled in automatically. To deactivate this, follow one of the following methods, depending on the browser you are working in.
