Resengo ensures that your appointments are automatically booked online by your customers. Of course, you may need to schedule an appointment in your Agenda yourself. You can easily add this yourself:

  1. Go to your Agenda menu item or to your inbox.svg Inbox.
  2. Go to the date where you would like to add an appointment. Use the filters above to select the correct date and resource.
  3. Click on the arrival time in the correct column.
  4. Enter the necessary information.
  5. Click on save.

Plan all your appointments in your Resengo agenda to avoid double bookings!

When you work with an advance and pay online, you can still enter the payment by clicking on to the payment screen. You can then select a payment method:

  • Select cash or on site to mark the reservation as paid mceclip0.png immediately.
  • By selecting Online via email, you send a payment request to your customer The customer will then be able to make the payment online via a link in the confirmation email. Once paid, this reservation will be marked as paid in your Resengo.

If you want to add additional products or services to the order, you can click on to cash register to add them.

Tip

You can always click again on the red, orange or green euro sign mceclip0.png again to see or make payment for the reservation. A red euro sign indicates an order still to be paid. Green indicates the order has been fully paid and orange indicates the order has been partially paid.

Add recurring reservation

You can add multiple reservations for a customer at once. This way you can make weekly or twice weekly reservations.

  1. Go in Calendar to the first date of the series you want schedule and click on the time slot to make a first reservation.
  2. At the top of Date select Weekday instead of Day*.
  3. Tick the weekdays on which the reservation must be scheduled.
  4. You either choose an end date or the number of reservations to be scheduled.
  5. You choose the weekly interval. 1 stands for every week, 2 every fortnight, and so on.
  6. Furthermore, you fill in the details as with a normal reservation.
  7. You will see an overview of all the reservations that have been scheduled. If there is a red dot in front of the date it means that the reservation could not be scheduled for that day because it conflicted with an already existing reservation.
  8. Click ok if the scheduled appointments are in order and you do not want to make any further changes to the created series.
Caution

If you don't see this, go to beheer.svg > i-Agenda > Profile. Tick Activate the possibility to work with recurring reservation and click Save.
