Follow the steps below:
- Secure server. Log out of the system and click on the padlock icon above the login information. Notice an improvement in speed?
- Speed test. Run a speed test of your Internet connection and provide the results to the help desk. http://www.speedtest.net/
- Certain actions. Are there specific actions or treatments where you notice a slowdown? Please report these treatments or actions to the helpdesk so we can improve it if necessary.
- Different internet connection. It is best to open the system on a different internet connection and/or browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, ...) to check if the problem is not caused by the internet connection and/or browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, ...).
